Lists the Exchange Server mailboxes to which the user has access. If the user has access to more than one mailbox, you can specify which mailbox you want to use for synchronization. This option is available only when synchronizing with an Exchange Server.
The Choose Mailbox dialog box is not accessible from a remote computer. It must be accessed directly on the server where Access Workflow Designer server components are installed.
Note The user directory can synchronize only one mailbox per user. If a user has access to more than one Exchange Server mailbox, you must specify a mailbox to use for synchronization.
Full name
Displays the user name for the mailbox.
Distinguished name
Displays the distinguished name for the mailbox. Distinguished names are identifiers Exchange Server uses to specify mailboxes in a directory. When you select a mailbox, the associated distinguished name is stored in the user directory.
