User Details Dialog Box

See Also

Displays information stored in the user directory for the selected user. The information can be obtained from the Exchange Server directory or entered manually. The selected user's account name, user's full name, and the last time the information was updated either in the Exchange Server user's list or manually are also available.

If synchronization with Exchange Server is enabled, you cannot edit any user information, except to select a different Exchange Server mailbox for the user. In addition, the Choose Mailbox dialog box is available only from the server that contains the Access Workflow Designer server components. You should update user information in the Exchange Server directory. Then, it will be replicated automatically into the user directory. If synchronization with the Exchange Server is not enabled, you can enter the user information manually.

Note   If you add or edit any information manually and later enable synchronization with an Exchange Server, the new information is replaced with information from the Exchange Server when you synchronize.
