The offline feature makes it possible for users to work with the team solution when they are not connected to the network. You can take the user interface and database offline in one seamless step by using Internet Explorer 5 to make the URL available offline. When you do this, all data that is part of the default or selected publication is replicated to an offline database in addition to all the user interface data access pages. Later, you can synchronize offline data using the synchronization features of Internet Explorer 5.

To make your team solution available offline

• Create or modify the workflow design. For details, see Adding a Workflow Process to your Solution.

• Enable the solution for offline replication. For details, see Installing Offline Support for the Solution.
