You can create a user interface for your team solution using any tool that provides database access. For example, you could use Microsoft Visual Basic® to access a SQL Server database. Any interface with read/write capabilities can be used with your solution database.

However, the Access Workflow Designer offline and replication features are dependent upon Internet Explorer 5 or later. Therefore, to take advantage of these features, you must create a Web-based user interface that targets Internet Explorer as the browser.
