Adds a new state to the workflow process.
After you add a state, you can associate it with actions in the workflow diagram by right-clicking the state and choosing New Action from the shortcut menu.
New State
Displays a list of unused keywords in the lookup table from which you can select or type a name for the new state. If you type a new name, it will be added to the lookup table.
