AllocProvMem

Allocates specified memory.

FreeProvMem

Frees memory indicated.

ReallocProvMem

Allocates contiguous memory.

AllocProvStr

Allocates an LPWSTR string.

FreeProvStr

Frees string if not already freed.

ReallocProvStr

Allocates contiguous memory.

ProvAllocString

Checks string and first parameter. If OK, then does allocation.
