To distribute the COM objects, applications, and/or files used by the extensions you've added to a display specifier (property page, context menu, and creation wizard COM objects, ICO files for class icons, scripts or applications started by context menu extensions, and so on), you can create a Microsoft Installer package and use group policy to deploy it to users or computers.
