DNS Manager is the graphical user interface that is automatically installed and added to Administrative (Tools) on the Program menu when you install Microsoft DNS server on a computer running under Windows NT Server 4.0. You can use DNS Manager to administer local and remote Microsoft DNS servers and database files.
Note
Keep in mind that you cannot administer non-Microsoft DNS servers by using DNS Manager.
DNS Manager provides menus and options that enable you to add and configure DNS servers, and a zone wizard that enables you to create the zones and sub-zones managed by each DNS server. Once you have added DNS servers and their zones, you can then administer the local and remote DNS servers and add, view, and edit DNS resource records that comprise the database files for each zone and DNS server.
To start DNS Manager
