Unless all of your users are computer experts, even the simplest application will need some kind of user assistance. Office 2000 Developer includes several tools that you can use to add help to your application.

• The HTML Help Workshop provides a complete environment for creating and managing help files.
  
  
• The Microsoft^® Answer Wizard Builder helps you create your own Answer Wizard similar to the one in Office.
  
  
• Microsoft^® Agent Control 2.0 allows you to create character-based help similar to the Office Assistant.
