If your data is stored in an Access database, or in an Access table that is linked to another data source, you have several options for presenting data from within Access or on a Web page. Access reports are the obvious choice, but if they don't meet your needs, you can also create report snapshots, static or dynamic Web pages, and subforms within forms.
Keep in mind that it's also fairly straightforward to create a report in Excel from data that's stored in Access, if you want to present data in a spreadsheet format. "Building Custom Reports for External Data in Excel" later in this chapter discusses creating custom reports in Excel.
