About restoring toolbars or menu bars, or individual buttons, commands, or menus
You can restore different aspects of a built-in toolbar or menu bar:
- Restore an entire built-in toolbar or menu bar to its default settings to display the original buttons or menus and commands and to restore their original property settings. Microsoft Access will also restore the property settings for the toolbar or menu bar itself, including restoring its screen location and size, and hiding or showing the bar based on its original state.
- Restore all the original buttons or menus (including shortcut menus) and commands and their property settings without restoring the properties of the toolbar or menu bar (such as the screen location and size).
- Restore an individual button, command, or menu (except an individual shortcut menu) without affecting other toolbar and menu bar settings. When you restore an individual button, command, or menu, you restore how it appeared originally.
