Microsoft Access 2000 still supports menu bar macros for applications created with versions of Access prior to Access 2000. In Access 2000 and later versions, menu bars and shortcut menus (as well as toolbars) are created and customized from the Customize dialog box available by pointing to Toolbars on the View menu. You can also use the dialog box to customize the built-in menu bar and toolbars.
