Add or remove scroll bars for a form or text box

1. Open the form in Design view.
   
   
2. Open the property sheet for the text box or form. To open the property sheet for the text box, click it, and then click Properties on the toolbar. To open the property sheet for the form, double-click the form selector.
   
   
3. In the ScrollBars property box, click one of the settings.
