Align text boxes or other controls using the grid in a form or report

1. Open a form in Design view or a report in Design view.
   
   
2. If the grid isn't already displayed, click Grid on the View menu.
   
   
3. Select the control or controls that you want to align.
   
   
4. On the Format menu, point to Align, and then click To Grid.
