On the Format menu, click Alignment And Sizing to display the Alignment And Sizing toolbar.
Make sure that the text box or other control that is aligned or sized the way you want is selected.
Click the button that you want on the Alignment And Sizing toolbar, and then click the control that you want to size or align to the selected control.
Tip To align or size just one control, click the button on the toolbar once. To lock down the button so that you can align or size several controls, double-click it. To release the lock, click the same or a different button or press ESC.
