Attach a shortcut menu to a form, form control, or report

Once attached, the shortcut menu replaces the built-in shortcut menu for a form, a control, or a report.

  1. Create the shortcut menu.

    How?

  2. Open the form or report in Design view.

  3. Click the form selector, report selector, or control in Design view.

  4. On the toolbar, click Properties .

  5. In the ShortcutMenuBar property box, specify the shortcut menu name.

    For a form, also make sure the ShortcutMenu property is set to Yes.

    Repeat this procedure for each form, report, or control you want to attach the shortcut menu to.
