Change, add, or remove conditional formatting for a control on a form or report

  1. Open the form in Design view or Form view, or the report in Design view.

  2. Make sure that the control is selected, and then on the Format menu, click Conditional Formatting.

  3. Do one of the following:
  4. Click OK.

Note   Conditional formatting is not preserved when you output or export a form or a report to another file format.
