Make a form read-only

1. Open the form in Design view.
   
   
2. Double-click the form selector to open the form's property sheet.
   
   
3. In the AllowEdits property box, click No.
   
   
4. In the AllowAdditions property box, click No.
   
   
5. In the AllowDeletions property box, click No.
