Space text boxes or other controls evenly in a form or report

  1. Open a form in Design view or a report in Design view.

  2. Select the controls (at least three) that you want to adjust. For controls with attached labels, select the controls, not their labels.

  3. On the Format menu, point to Horizontal Spacing or Vertical Spacing, and then click Make Equal.

Microsoft Access spaces the controls evenly. Only the middle controls actually adjust, however; the top and bottom controls don't change location.
