Notes
The Sales Analysis form in the Northwind sample database has an example of a PivotTable form. To view this PivotTable form, open the Northwind database in your Office folder's Samples subfolder, and then open the Sales Analysis form in Design view.
The source data that the PivotTable form uses isn't automatically saved with the PivotTable form. Instead, you must update the PivotTable form with the most current data each time you want to use it, which means you'll need access to the location where the data is stored. If you know that you'll need to edit the PivotTable form later on when you won't have access to the data, save a copy of the data with the PivotTable form. For more information, click .
When you're editing the PivotTable form, you are using Microsoft Excel and can get Microsoft Excel Help on PivotTable reports. When you're in Form view, you can get Microsoft Access Help on PivotTable forms.
