You can use the LocationOfComponents property to specify or determine the central URL or path where Microsoft Office controls can be downloaded by authorized users viewing your saved database.

The LocationOfComponents property is a string expression and is available only by using Visual Basic .
Remarks
The Microsoft Office controls are automatically downloaded with the Web page if the DownloadComponents property is True, the components are not already installed, the path is valid and points to a location that contains the necessary components, and the user has a valid Microsoft Office 2000 license.
