I want to delete duplicate records after using the Find Duplicates Wizard.

You can delete the duplicate record or the original directly in query Datasheet view by clicking the record, and then clicking Delete Record on the toolbar.

If you want Microsoft Access to delete all the duplicates and keep the original records automatically, don't use the Find Duplicates Wizard or convert a Find Duplicates query to a delete query. For more information, click .
