Lookup field
A field that displays one of the following types of lists:
- A list that looks up data from an existing table or query. You can select a value in the list to store in the field. Any updates to the table or query are reflected in the list.
- A list that stores a fixed set of values that won't change. You can select a value in the list to store in the field.
You can use a Lookup field on a form or report in a Microsoft Access database (.mdb).
