A data access page toolbar that is displayed beneath the Page Design toolbar. It includes buttons to change characteristics of controls, such as font, font size, font style (bold, italic, or underlined), alignment, color, border, and special effect. By default, the Formatting toolbar is docked beneath the Page Design toolbars, but you can drag it to create a floating toolbar.
