marquee

In Microsoft Access, the control that you use to place a marquee, or moving text, on a data access page is called a scrolling text control. Use the scrolling text control to display text that you want to catch your users' attention, such as a headline or an important announcement. You can display text stored in a field in your database by binding the scrolling text control to that field. You can customize the scrolling text control by setting options such as direction of travel, speed, and type of motion. If the Web browser cannot display scrolling text, the text will still be displayed in the control, but it won't scroll.
