Show or hide a toolbar, menu bar, or shortcut menu

  1. On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Customize.

  2. On the Toolbars tab, select or clear the check box for the item you want to show or hide. To show a particular shortcut menu, select Shortcut Menus, click the category for the shortcut menu you want to show, then click the name of the shortcut menu. To show any custom shortcut menus, click the Custom category.
