Show or hide shortcut keys in ScreenTips (ToolTips)

1. On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Customize.
   
   
2. Click the Options tab.
   
   
3. Select or clear the Show Shortcut Keys In ScreenTips check box.

Note   This setting affects all Microsoft Office programs except Microsoft Excel.
