How can I get to the Customize dialog box after removing the Toolbars command or the View menu?

• To customize a toolbar, menu bar, or shortcut menu after removing the Toolbars command from the View menu, or after removing the View menu, right-click any toolbar or menu bar and then click Customize on the shortcut menu.
  
  
• To restore the View menu to its original set of commands, including the Toolbars command, right-click any toolbar or the menu bar, and then click Customize on the shortcut menu. Right-click the View menu on the menu bar, and then click Reset on the shortcut menu.
  
  
• To restore all the menus and commands on the built-in menu bar, including the View menu, right-click any toolbar or the menu bar, and then click Customize on the shortcut menu. On the Toolbars tab, click the name Menu Bar, and then click Reset.
