The subkey for a Microsoft PowerPoint-specific add-in that's registered by an installation program will usually be located in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\9.0\PowerPoint\AddIns\add-in name. The subkey for a PowerPoint-specific add-in that you register by setting the Registered property to True will be located in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\PowerPoint\AddIns\add-in name.
