Module Name with Spaces or Other Illegal Characters

Microsoft Excel 97 will read in modules that were created in Microsoft Excel 95 and named with illegal characters. However, Microsoft Excel 97 will not allow you to create, copy, or rename any module to an illegal name. Illegal characters include "!", "." and "..".
