Data Requirements

For complete conformance testing, the following requirements are placed upon the table or data provided to the conformance tests:

• The table must contain a separate column for every possible supported DBTYPE. This ensures that all types of data are tested and obtained.
  
  
• The table must contain at least 10 rows of data and should be between 60 and 100 rows.
  
  
• The data provided in the table should stress the data type, which can be ColumnSize, Precision, or Scale. The data should have at least one MIN value for every data type and at least one entry with maximum precision for that data type.
