The SMTP Server component installed with Microsoft Internet Information Server 4.0 is designed to allow for the easy transmission of Internet Mail. We will start by looking briefly at the SMTP service and then we will look at how it can be used to send messages from Active Server Pages using the interface provided by CDO for NTS.
