Creating Content Dynamically

So far in this book, we've seen several different ways of creating pages that contain dynamic content. By dynamic content, what we mean is that the content of the page displayed in a visitor's browser is not a direct representation of the actual content of the disk file that they requested. Instead, it is the result of some processing that goes on to create the content each time the page is loaded, based on instructions within the file.
