Today it could take you until the official release of Server Scriptlets to find all the many differences that exist between the two scriptlet forms. First of all, DHTML Scriptlets and Server Scriptlets are different objects and cannot, in all cases, be interchanged. Secondly, at least in this beta release, Server Scriptlets are simple automation objects and, therefore, don't have any user interface elements, be it a body, a HTML tag or even the ability to run a message box. Finally, a Server Scriptlet needs additional information to be stored in the file and has a different file layout. Let's now see all these features in more detail.
