_ _CVTQS_C Intrinsic

The _ _CVTQS_C intrinsic has the following declaration:

float __CVTQS_C(__int64);

This intrinsic function returns the IEEE single-precision result of converting an _ _int64 value to IEEE single-precision floating-point format, with IEEE chopped rounding used.
