What is SBCM?

SBCM is designed to help small businesses keep track of customers and sales information. Knowing their customers and products is crucial to running a successful business. SBCM makes it easy to find and use this critical information.

SBCM also acts as an interface from which you can perform a variety of business-related tasks by using other Microsoft Office 2000 programs. For example, you can use SBCM to find your top ten customers, and then send a letter to them (using Microsoft Word) in a few easy steps. Or you can use SBCM to find out which products have not been selling well and send a sale flyer for those products to each of your customers.

SBCM is included in Microsoft Office 2000 (except for the standard version) and is located on CD2 of this product.
