DecryptPKCS

The DecryptPKCS component decrypts a business data object that was encrypted using the Public Key Crypto System (PKCS) security standard.

• Encrypted Text Field. Specifies the name of the field on the Transport Dictionary from which the encrypted data is read.
• Plain Text Field (decrypted). Specifies the name of the field on the Transport Dictionary to which the decoded data is written.
  • Text Output. Specifies that the decrypted data should be saved as text (its original format) rather than binary data.
• Write certificate used for decryption to field. Specifies the name of the field on the Transport Dictionary to which the component writes the name of the certificate that was used for decrypting the business data object.

The DecryptPKCS component decrypts the object, writes the result to the specified plain text field, and writes the status to the specified decryption status field.

By default, the encrypted text field is stored in the working_data name/value pair on the Transport Dictionary. The contents of this field, once decrypted, are used to overwrite the encrypted data in the working_data name/value pair.
