The RequiredTax component, which appears in the Tax stage of an order processing pipeline, verifies that the order._tax_total and order._tax_included name/value pairs are not NULL. If they are NULL, the RequiredTax component adds a pur_badtax message to the order._Purchase_Errors SimpleList.
