How to delete a trace (SQL Server Profiler)

Traces must be stopped before they can be deleted. For more information, see How to stop a trace (SQL Server Profiler).

To delete a trace

1. On the File menu, click Delete Traces....
2. In the Delete Selected Traces dialog box, click one or more traces to delete.
