How to add or remove data columns from a trace (SQL Server Profiler)

To add or remove data columns from a trace

  1. On the File menu, click Open, and then click Trace Definition.
  2. In Trace Name on the General tab, select a trace.
  3. In the Unselected data list on the Data Columns tab, click a data column, and then click Add to add the data column to the data that will be captured.
  4. In the Selected data list, click a data column, and then click Remove to remove the data column from the data that will be captured.
  5. In the Selected data list, click an individual data column, and then click Up or Down to order the data column.
