To set the max text repl size optionUse the max text repl size option to specify the maximum size (in bytes) of text and image data that can be added to a replicated column in a single INSERT, UPDATE, WRITETEXT, or UPDATETEXT statement.
The setting takes effect immediately (without a server stop and restart).
