How to install management tools (Setup)

To install management tools only

1. Insert the SQL Server compact disc into your CD-ROM. If the compact disc does not autorun, double-click Autorun.exe in the root directory of the compact disc.
2. Click Install SQL Server 7.0 Components.
3. Click Database Server - Full Product or Database Server - Desktop Edition.
4. Click Custom, then click Next.
5. Under Components, clear the Server Components check box.

   Select only Management Tools, Client Connectivity, and Online Documentation, if wanted, then click Next.

The Setup program installs the SQL Server management tools.
