Enabling Replication from Heterogeneous Databases

There are two main steps to enabling replication from heterogeneous databases:

1. Write a SQL-DMO application to set up the Publisher, publication, and subscriptions.
2. Write a C/C++ application using the Replication Distributor Interface to store transactions marked for replication in the Distributor.
