The Data Transformation Services (DTS) object model includes objects, properties, methods, and collections used to write programs that copy or transform data from an OLE DB source to an OLE DB destination. DTS objects are 32-bit Component Object Model (COM) objects for the Microsoft® Windows NT® and Microsoft Windows® 95/98 operating systems. DTS objects are OLE-Automation compatible. DTS programs can range from simple Microsoft Visual Basic® or Microsoft JScript® scripts to complex C++ applications.
