How to deny statement permissions from users within a database (Enterprise Manager)

To deny statement permissions from users within a database

1. Expand a server group; then expand a server.
2. Expand Databases, right-click the database containing the users to which statement permissions will be denied, and then click Properties.
3. Click the Permissions tab.
4. Select the statement permission to deny each user. An ‘X’ indicates a denied permission.
