How to restore to a point in time (Enterprise Manager)
To restore to a point in time
- Expand a server group; then expand a server.
- Expand Databases, right-click the database, point to All Tasks, and then click Restore Database....
- In Restore as database, enter or select the name of the database to restore if different from the default displayed.
- On the General tab, select Database.
- In the First backup to restore list, select the backup set to restore.
- Select the database backup and one or more transaction logs to restore in the Restore list.
- Select Point in time restore; then enter values for Date and Time.
- On the Options tab, select Leave database operational. No additional transaction logs can be restored.
