TransArticles Collection (SQL-DMO)

The TransArticles collection contains TransArticle objects referencing the articles defined in a Microsoft® SQL Server™ transactional or snapshot replication publication.

Remarks

With the TransArticles collection, you can:

• Create an article in a transactional or snapshot replication publication.
• Remove an article from a transactional or snapshot replication publication.

For more information about creating transactional or snapshot replication articles by using the TransArticle object and TransArticles collection, see TransArticle Object.

To remove an article from a transactional or snapshot replication publication

• Use the Remove method of the TransArticles collection, as in:

    oTransPublication.TransArticles.Remove("[Orders]")

When using the Item or Remove method, the TransArticles collection supports member identification using either name or ordinal reference syntax. For example:

Set oTransArticle = oTransPublication.TransArticles("[Products]")

Or:

Set oTransArticle = oTransPublication.TransArticles(7)
