How to reset SQLAgentCmdExec permissions (Enterprise Manager)

To reset SQLAgentCmdExec permissions

  1. In the SQL Server Agent Properties dialog box, click the Job System tab.
  2. Under Non-SysAdmin job step proxy account, click Reset Proxy Account. This will reset the permissions of the SQLAgentCmdExec account to those it had when SQL Server 7.0 was first installed.
