Insert a Table or View in a Project
You can include existing database tables in a project one by one. For example, use these instructions when you’ve added a table to your database structure and you want to make it available to your Microsoft English Query application. (You can also select tables or views by clicking the Import New Tables command on the File menu.)
- On the English Query Insert menu, click Table.
- In the Table name box, type the name of the table you want to add to the project.
- In the Fields box, type the names of the fields you want included in the project, separated by commas.
- In the Keys box, type the fields that constitute the primary key. You can enter the key names, separated by commas, or select them by clicking Specify Keys.
