Insert a Field in a Project

You can include existing database fields in a project one by one. For example, you’ve added a field to a table in your database and you want to make it available to your Microsoft English Query application.

1. On the English Query Database Objects tab, double-click a table from which you want to add a field.
2. In the Fields box, type the field name, separated from the surrounding field names by commas.
3. If the key is a key field, add it to the Keys list.
4. Click Apply.
